Shipping

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Many of our pieces are in stock and will ship in 2-3 business days however some are made to order so please allow 7 to 14 business days for your item to be created. The personalized hand-beaded bags will take approximately 3 weeks to ship.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and paypal as forms of payment. We do not accept checks, cash, COD, and/or money orders.

How will my purchase be shipped?

We offer free USPS or UPS ground shipping on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, we offer $5 shipping via USPS.

Can I have something rushed?

If you need something in a hurry, we're here to help. Our inventory changes on a daily basis and we always have jewelry on hand. Please contact us to discuss what pieces could be available for same day shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop.  We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions or custom orders. Items must be returned with the original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.
To return or exchange an item, please email us at  info@tashkajewelry.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number.  Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item. Please note that although we offer free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost ($12) from the issued credit when an item is returned.
